Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Treatment:

Conduct thorough examinations and diagnoses.
Create personalized treatment plans, emphasizing patient education and involvement.
Execute procedures in restorative, cosmetic, and preventative dentistry following practice protocols.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to optimize workflows and deliver seamless patient experiences.
Support and mentor junior team members or recent graduates where appropriate.

Maintain Quality Standards:

Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety as mandated by regulatory bodies and practice policies.
Use the latest technologies and materials to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
Active Hawaii Dental License (or eligibility for licensure in Hawaii).
Clinical Experience: Prior experience in a dental practice is preferred, though new graduates with strong clinical competencies and a passion for ongoing learning are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to converse with and educate a diverse patient population.
